Cancellation Policy

Hotel Karnavati’s terms and conditions for Reservation / Cancellation
1) Cancellation made before15 days of the check in date, free cancellation.
2) Cancellation before 7 days from the check in date, 25% of total amount will be charged.
3) Cancellation before 24 hours from the check in date, 50% of total amount or 1 night charge, whichever is higher, will be charged.
4) Cancellation on the day of check in date, no refund shall be given.

• Check Out Time 10.00 AM.
• Check In Time 11.00 AM.
• Early Check in Subject to availability.
• Late Checkout Policy (50% Discount on the applicable Rate Till 1700 Hrs)
• The refund can be made within 7-10 day’s time of the cancellation date,
• The payment will be refunded after deducting the cancellation charges applied according to the Hotel’s cancellation policy.
